This is a post-apocalyptic city of humans, gifted and non-gifted, and mutants. Pollution, crime, and corruption overruns the world but one place from all others stands out as a haven for the remaining humans. However, this city is slowly crumbling as well and the mafia seizes the chance of a vulnerable city to get rich. Greedy scientists and their deformed lab rats are also out to gain power and money, and corrupting Evalesco is no exception. Not to mention, tension increases between the super-powered humans, invading lab rats, and the non-gifted civilians.

A gorgeous five-story mall made entirely of glass. Little, colorful shops are set inside and there is always a cheerful bustle of people wandering and looking around. An enormous fountain spouts out clear water in the center of this large shopping center.
All the luxurious and high-tech offices for the important scientists are located on the highest level. Security is somewhat low as the directors insist on privacy as logic says they get easily distracted by big, shiny machine guns.
The rest of the offices and workspace for other scientists are on the lower floors. Security is moderate and the new, lower-level scientists are occasionally monitored for any suspicious activity. There are occasional break-ins by anti-mutant fanatics.
The name sounding much more professional than it really is. These are the Gangster and Ghetto areas of the City, and the rumored starting of a new Mafia Control Center in Scotland.
A club like any other. No one really knows for sure why it's considered underground. Maybe you'll find out? Santos and Wilson's gang are currently at war over this territory.
