	Evalesco Mall (1 sub-board) A gorgeous five-story mall made entirely of glass. Little, colorful shops are set inside and there is always a cheerful bustle of people wandering and looking around. An enormous fountain spouts out clear water in the center of this large shopping center. 	Georgiz Cinema Theatre A large, fashionable theater decorated with flashy, neon-lights. Owned by Georgiz, it is always showing the latest, most popular movies as well as featuring indie films [mostly his own] on the side. 	Evalesco University A small college located not too far from the city bank and the post office. It boasts a 40-acre campus for its very, very small student population.	0	0

	Kazzi Hotel and Casino An elegant, 6-star hotel complex that boasts three 15-story buildings arranged in an aesthetic triangle. A pretty waterfall, surrounded by an enormous circular pool is located in the center of the complex. The best suites are located in the top stories with a panoramic view overlooking the entire city. Owned by ---, who has secret connections with Santos. This hotel would be the ultimate rival of Gold Adeniro.	0	0

	Evalesco Hospital Conveniently located on Sayonara Drive, it has the warm and fuzzy sorta feeling with filtered stained glass windows and dim light.	0	0
	Gold Adeniro Casino and Hotel A beautifully-decked gambling place complete with eye-blinding chandeliers and sparkling wine. 8D More casino than luxurious hotel, it possesses scandalous flash rather than refined elegance. The Gold Adeniro attracts many young, fashionable guests. Younger than Kazzi, the casino does not know yet that it is the 6-star hotel's hottest competition. 	Chip's Bar The seniors, sometimes even the teachers, usually hang out here to show off the privileges they get with age superiority. Minors under 18 are not allowed here but some of the talented ones always manage to sneak in and pass off as being old enough. There is a rumor that Chip the bar's owner is a deranged psychopath killer. Brutish in appearance, he's actually quite nice towards regulars. 	Front Lawn (2 sub-boards) On both sides of the Long Drive/walk to get to the front gates of the school are the front lawn, a wondersull place for students to sit and relax and enjoy the view, most often tutors and students meet here and somntiems meetings with teachers take place here. 	Teacher's Block A complex of apartments and condos hosted by the all-powerful Evalesco Boarding Academy for the teachers who disagree with the dormitories available for them at school.
